YESEO Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing to use the YESEO app for Slack. By using YESEO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Description of the Service
The YESEO app for Slack provides users with a variety of features to enhance their Slack experience. These features include: Automatic language translation, Real-time message analysis, Customizable notifications and more.
YESEO is a third-party app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Slack. We are solely responsible for YESEO and its content.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use YESEO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not:
- Use YESEO in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of YESEO
- Interfere with or disrupt the YESEO service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the service
We reserve the right to terminate your use of YESEO at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service.
3. Privacy Policy

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
YESEO is owned and operated by RJL Digital Corp. in New York State and is copyrighted in the United States under record number TX0009313876. We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to YESEO, including all associated intellectual property rights. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce, or perform any content or software contained in YESEO.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
YESEO is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that YESEO will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of YESEO, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RJL Digital Corp. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages.
8. AI Policy
YESEO utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate data. They are meant to assist users and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of responses generated by AI. Users should use their best judgment on responses generated by the use of AI. YESEO is not responsible for any inaccuracies in responses provided by the app.
9. Custom Application Policy
Any user may install YESEO into their workspace, but newsrooms who request custom features on top of the existing application can choose to agree to terms or sign modified terms defined by the companies that fit their business. Custom agreements will be signed between RJL Digital Inc. and any business that may seek a custom experience in the YESEO app framework.
